Would there be any interest in a meetup in Helsinki, rather than Vantaa? Hesperian puisto seems like a good venue, and there are places nearby to migrate to if zombies attack, or it rains.
I keep being tied up (that is irony) in the early evening, and the traveling time from here to Vantaa is pretty long. Meeting in Helsinki would be much easier even if I had to rush.
I'd be willing to sit in a park on Saturday 25/07/2020 if anybody local were interested in joining me. Perhaps 17:30/18:00.

There have been Helsinki wednesday meets in Bar Majava in Kallio on wednesdays.
But seems that it have been very quite there.

I'm still planning on hosting/attending this, Saturday at 6pm. Just next to Urho Kekkonen Memorial, at Hesperian puiston.
I'll be bringing beer, a smile, and possibly wearing a kilt again. Food optional.

The weather forecast pretends it will not be raining later in the evening, if it is dry when I leave my house at 5:30pm I'll head there as planned.
